Mounts to floor to stabilize toilet. Use w/ brass, copper, plastic and cast iron flanges. Eliminate the need to replaced broken closet flanges. Simply place under the broken area of ring and tighten. Fasten flange to floor with wood screws provided. Can use link provided to connected multiple flanges.
