The cooking surface has 6 sealed burners with a total output of 83,000 BTU, includes one precision 20,000 BTU dual-ring burner that can simmer at 1,000 BTU. The continuous cast iron grates allow maximum stability of cookware and allow the ease of sliding pan off a hot burner. The 5.26 cu. ft. convection oven has a total broil and bake output of 30,000 BTU, encased in a black enamel interior and tempered 3-layer glass oven door window. Included are 2 oven racks, and LP conversion kit. Additionally, zinc coated metal knobs with bezel rings will maintain their beauty for years.
