• Tool should only be used on brass PEX fittings. do not use this tool to remove a crimp ring from a plastic (poly-alloy) fitting or a copper PEX connection
• The tool is factory calibrated prior to shipment and is for use on 1/2 inch, 3/4 inch and 1 inch copper crimp rings
• Carefully examine the fitting after crimp ring removal. if the fitting barbs have been scratched or damaged, do not reuse, as leaks may result
